Noch names Topp managing director

On Feb. 1, German model railroad scenery manufacturer Noch GmbH & Co. KG named Sebastian Topp as managing director. After five years as Noch’s marketing manager, Topp, 32, will serve as second managing director alongside Dr. Ranier Noch, who represents the fourth generation of Nochs to lead the company since Oswald Noch founded it in 1911.
