Ronald Marx, president of Daron Worldwide Trading, and Jan Halvorsen, founder of Toys and Models Corp., have combined their business activities. Both companies have been producing collectible aircraft since the 1980s.

Daron Worldwide Trading provides commercial and military aviation toys, models and collectibles to the aerospace industry, airport shops, museum stores, and independent toy and hobby retail shops. Toys and Models Corp. specializes in model-making, product development and presentation support services.

In a joint press release, Marx and Halvorsen say the merger will result in larger product offerings and greater resources for customers.
